By using modern technology in the agricultural sector, to gain competitiveness and increase production and productivity, as well as to promote agro-based industries.

Encouraging the use of technology in livestock rearing, ensuring commercial, competitive and healthy livestock production and achieving self-reliance in livestock production to develop this sector as a means of income generation as well as employment.
